Physical Fitness

Physical fitness is a state of health, well-being and physical performance that occur through regular exercise, healthy diet and sufficient rest. It is essential for overall health, as it reduces the risk of diseases, improves cognitive and physical performance, and increases energy levels. Regular physical fitness activities also improve mental health, as they release hormones that promote feelings of happiness and well-being. Physical fitness is therefore necessary for leading a healthy and active lifestyle.
