Exercise and Immunity

Exercise is known to have a positive impact on our immunity. Regular exercise helps in strengthening the immune system which helps in fighting off infections, viruses and other diseases. When we exercise, our body produces more antibodies and white blood cells which are produced to fight off bacteria and viruses. Exercise also helps reduce inflammation and releases hormones that help strengthen the immune system. Exercise also helps boost the production of endorphins which help in improving mood, sleep and overall wellbeing. Overall exercise is an important tool to improve and maintain a healthy immune system.
