Back Ache
Back ache is a common issue which affects millions of people around the world. It is a type of musculoskeletal pain which suggests that some part of the body’s structures, such as ligaments, tendons, muscles and/or bones, are causing the pain. It is often due to postural problems, stress and inflammation, or an injury. Treatment for back ache depends on the underlying cause, but can be managed with physical therapy, medications, lifestyle changes, and in some cases, surgery. It is important to identify the cause of the ache and to seek appropriate medical treatment in order to ensure proper management and prevent any long-term affects.
