Sleepiness
Sleepiness is the feeling of desire to sleep, usually accompanied by yawning and other signs of fatigue. It is an important part of a healthy lifestyle and essential for both physical and mental wellbeing. Sleepiness helps to regulate hormones and mood, as well as to sustain a healthy immune system. Studies have also shown that lack of sleep can lead to increased risk of obesity, heart disease, and other health issues. Getting enough sleep each night can help to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and enhance physical performance. Furthermore, adequate sleep is important for the day-to-day functioning of the brain, as it allows it to make connections and learn new information.
