Sleep Hygiene

Sleep hygiene is the practice of habits and behaviors that promote healthy and restful sleep. It is an important part of overall health and well-being, as it helps people to get enough sleep, which is essential for physical and mental health. Good sleep hygiene practices include avoiding stimulants such as caffeine and cigarettes before bed, exercising regularly, and having a consistent and relaxing bedtime routine. A good sleep hygiene routine can be beneficial in reducing insomnia, improving alertness and concentration during the day, and improving overall health and wellbeing.
