Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation

Musculoskeletal rehabilitation is an essential medical field that focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disorders and injuries of the body’s muscles, bones, and joints. It uses evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as exercise, manual therapy, and lifestyle modification to reduce pain, restore and improve physical abilities, and help patients return to their daily activities and sports. Musculoskeletal rehabilitation is used to treat and prevent a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, including neck pain, shoulder dysfunction, chronic pain, sports injuries, arthritis, and age-related conditions. It is an important part of a patient’s overall health and well-being, as it helps improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase quality of life.
