Muscular Strength

Muscular strength is the ability of the muscles to exert force against resistance. It is an important component of physical fitness and is essential for activities of daily living, such as walking and climbing stairs. Being strong also reduces the risk of injury and helps with weight management. Additionally, it can improve overall posture, self-confidence, and quality of life. Developing muscular strength requires regular resistance training, such as weight lifting or calisthenics.
