Nasal Corticosteroids

Nasal corticosteroids are medications used to reduce inflammation in the nasal passages and sinuses. They are used to reduce the symptoms of conditions such as allergies, rhinitis, and sinusitis, which can cause a range of symptoms including congestion, sneezing, and runny or blocked nose. Nasal corticosteroids work by decreasing inflammation and swelling in the nose, thus allowing improved airflow through the nasal passages and reducing the symptoms of the condition. These medications are highly effective and take around 2-3 weeks to reach the full effect. They have few side effects and are the first line of treatment for many nasal and sinus conditions.
