Group Therapy
Group therapy is a therapeutic approach in which individuals, typically 6-30 people, come together in a confidential and safe setting to share their experiences, support each other, and discuss topics relevant to all members. Group therapy helps individuals to better understand their own emotions, discover new problem-solving strategies, understand how their actions may affect others, and build stronger relationships. It is an effective way to combat anxiety, depression, trauma, and other personal issues, as well as improve interpersonal communication and social skills. Group therapy has been proven to help people work through their individual challenges, create meaningful connections with others, and better understand their personal and interpersonal relationships.
