Nasal Passages

Nasal Passages are the two tubes that lead from the nasal cavity to the throat. They are important for filtering and warming inhaled air and serve as passageways for respiration and the sense of smell. They play an important role in maintaining healthy breathing, as they remove pollutants and allergens from the air as well as controlling the humidity of the air entering the lungs. Nasal Passages also play a role in speech production, as they help to modulate soundwaves and produce various speech sounds.
