Nuclear Staining
Nuclear staining is a technique used to visualize the nucleus of a cell. It uses fluorescent dyes, or antibodies against specific proteins, that stain the nucleus. This technique can be used to study nuclear structure, to detect nuclear proteins and to measure the relative abundance of proteins in the nucleus. Nuclear staining can also be used to identify nuclear abnormalities such as cancer and genetic disorders. It is a powerful tool in medical diagnostics and research.
