Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy is a type of psychotherapy that looks at how the unconscious minds of individuals and the relationships between them shape behavior and psychological distress. It focuses on how the unconscious mind influences present behavior and how exploring the past can help understand present issues. It is also used in treating mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and traumatic experiences. This therapy strives to help individuals gain insight into the thoughts and emotions that underlie behavior and increase resilience, self-awareness and understanding of the causes of distress.
