Tissue Proteomics
Tissue proteomics is the study of proteins within a tissue, which can provide insight into the physiological and cellular processes of a tissue. It has become an important tool to study diseases such as cancer, as changes in protein expression can be used to monitor disease progression and treatment. Proteins can also be used to identify potential drug targets and biomarkers, as well as to understand the development, progression and regulation of tissue structure and function. Tissue proteomics has the potential to further our understanding of a wide range of medical conditions and the development of new treatments.
