Pathway Mapping

Pathway mapping is an approach to organizing biological pathways, or the series of physical and chemical processes through which metabolism, genetics and other biological activities occur. Pathway mapping allows scientists to better understand the biological processes that take place in cells and organisms, and develop treatments for diseases. It can be used to investigate the connections between genes and the proteins they encode, and to identify points of intervention where treatments can be used to strengthen or weaken certain processes. Pathway mapping is a powerful tool for understanding and treating disease, and is essential for advancing health research.
