Primate Cognition and Decision-making

Primate cognition and decision-making is a branch of neuroscience that examines how primates and humans make decisions. It looks at how primates learn, reason and make decisions under various conditions. It has been used to understand how primates interact in a variety of different environments, such as negotiating with other primates over resources or determining the best route through a complicated maze. It can give insight into the cognitive abilities of primates and provide a deeper understanding of their behavior. Additionally, primate cognition and decision-making can provide insight into the development of complex decision-making skills in humans, allowing us to gain a better understanding of how we make decisions in our own lives.
