Gorilla Gorilla
Gorilla Gorilla, also known as the Western Lowland Gorilla, is a species of gorilla that is found in the tropical and subtropical forests of Central Africa. These gorillas are highly social animals, living in small to large family groups within the dense rainforest. They are the largest of the non-human primates and the largest extant land mammals apart from the Asian elephant. They have an omnivorous diet and play a vital role in their ecosystem, helping disperse seeds and controlling vegetation growth. Additionally, they are important to humans as they are a flagship species of the African rainforest due to their significant conservation value.
