Cercopithecinae

Cercopithecinae is a subfamily of Old World monkeys that includes many species, such as baboons, macaques, and guenons. Cercopithecinae are among the most widely distributed primates, living across Africa and parts of Asia. They are important indicators of their natural habitat and play a vital part in their ecosystems. They are charismatic species and extremely intelligent, making them an important tool in the development of conservation education.
