Thermoforming
Thermoforming is a manufacturing process that involves heating a plastic sheet to a temperature until it is pliable, and then forming the plastic sheet over a mold or into a specific shape. The plastic sheet is then trimmed to create the desired object. This process is widely used in the production of plastic products, such as containers, packaging, car parts, electronics, and medical devices. It offers a cost-effective way to create complex shapes and provides excellent durability, strength and aesthetic properties. The thermoforming process is a valuable tool to the plastics industry because of its ability to quickly produce a wide variety of products with high accuracy and quality.
