Hormones

Hormones are chemicals produced by the body that act as messengers. They control a wide range of bodily functions, from metabolism and growth to reproduction, mood, and stress responses. By regulating internal processes in the body, hormones help to maintain homeostasis and keep the body in balance. Hormones play a vital role in human health and regulation of bodily functions, and their production and balance must be closely monitored to prevent diseases, such as diabetes and obesity.
