Inorganic Chemistry
Inorganic chemistry is the study of the properties and behaviors of inorganic compounds, which are molecules and materials that do not contain carbon-hydrogen bonds. Inorganic compounds are mostly composed of elements from the periodic table and can take many different forms and shapes depending on how they react with other elements. Inorganic chemistry is of great importance because it covers a wide variety of materials that have many practical uses in our daily lives, such as medicines, fertilizers, and advanced materials like fuel cells and batteries. Inorganic chemistry has also been used to create new materials with unique properties, such as superconductors and single-molecule magnets.
