Physical Stress
Physical stress is the strain and tension placed on the body in response to external physical factors, such as extreme temperatures, loud noises, and physical trauma. Physical stress is associated with a range of adverse health effects, such as increased risk of heart disease, weakened immune system, and certain types of cancer. To help mitigate physical stress, people should practice healthy stress reduction techniques, such as regular exercise, mindfulness meditation, and yoga. Physical stress can also be managed through lifestyle changes, such as incorporating more fruits and vegetables into your diet, avoiding caffeine and other stimulants, and getting enough sleep. By taking proactive steps to reduce and manage physical stress, individuals can improve their overall physical and mental health.
