Home Care
Home care is a form of care provision designed to help individuals maintain their independence and remain in their homes despite the onset of health issues. Home care services can range from non-medical tasks, such as cleaning and cooking, to medical and nursing care for a wide range of illnesses and disabilities, including Alzheimer’s disease, cancer and more. Home care can be especially beneficial for those who wish to remain in their homes but may need assistance with daily activities and/or medical care. Caregivers can provide companionship, assistance with activities of daily living, and medical care as needed, allowing elderly individuals or those with special needs to remain in their homes with dignity and autonomy while receiving quality care.
