Oxygenation
Oxygenation is the process of introducing oxygen into a system, usually either a living organism or an industrial process. In the biological context, oxygen is a critical component of many metabolic processes, making oxygenation essential for all living things. In industrial applications, oxygenation can be used to provide additional oxygen for combustion and chemical reactions. Oxygenation can be achieved through a variety of methods, including oxygen masks or respirator systems, exposed to oxygen under pressure, or chemical reactions that breakdown other substances to release oxygen. Oxygenation plays a key role in keeping human and animal life healthy, and can also be used to improve the efficiency of industrial applications.
