Analytical Chemistry

Analytical Chemistry is the branch of chemistry that focuses on the analysis and characterization of matter. It is used to identify and quantify the components of a sample, such as the presence of a certain metal in a sample or the nutrients in food. As such, it plays a crucial role in industries ranging from food production to drug development. Analytical Chemistry also provides tools to monitor environmental pollutants and to detect pollutants at low levels, allowing us to better understand the impact of human activity on the environment.
