Oral Cancer
Oral cancer is a malignant tumor that develops in the mouth and can affect the lips, tongue, throat, voice box, and other areas of the mouth and throat. This type of cancer is considered to be particularly dangerous because it can remain hidden for a long time and is challenging to detect early. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment can significantly increase chances of recovery. To reduce the risk of oral cancer, individuals should practice healthy habits such as not smoking, avoiding exposure to other forms of tobacco, and limiting excessive amounts of alcohol. Regular check-ups and screenings with a physician or dentist are also important for early detection.
