Allergy

testing Allergy testing is a medical test which identifies specific allergens that may cause an allergic reaction in an individual. The goal of the test is to determine which substances a person is allergic to, so as to be able to prevent or reduce exposure to these substances. Allergy testing may be conducted through skin or blood tests, or elimination diets. The results of the tests can help guide medical decisions and inform lifestyle choices to prevent or manage allergic reactions. Allergy testing can help those with known or suspected allergies to identify and manage the triggers of their allergies, thus improving their quality of life.
