Secondary Osteoarthritis
Secondary Osteoarthritis is a type of arthritis that develops as a result of another disease or condition, typically as a consequence of a traumatic injury or an inflammatory condition such as obesity or diabetes. It is characterized by the breakdown of cartilage and joint surfaces and is often associated with pain and stiffness. Secondary Osteoarthritis can significantly impact the quality of life of those affected and requires prompt and appropriate treatment. Treatment strategies may include lifestyle modifications, physical therapy, and medications or other interventions in order to improve outcomes.
