Sedentary Lifestyle

A sedentary lifestyle is a way of living that is characterized by little or no physical activity. This type of lifestyle is linked to various health risks such as heart disease, diabetes, and obesity, and it is a common contributor to premature mortality. Engaging in regular physical activity is an easy way to counter the effects of a sedentary lifestyle, and it can help improve overall health and wellbeing by providing physical and mental benefits as well. Additionally, making small lifestyle changes such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator and walking more can help reduce health risks associated with inactivity.
