Antioxidants

Antioxidants are natural or synthetic molecules that help protect cells from damage caused by reactive oxygen species (ROS), such as free radicals. They are integral to fighting aging, certain diseases, and environmental stress. Antioxidants have been studied for their potential to slow aging, reduce inflammation, protect against cancer, and offer protection against cardiovascular diseases. They may also play a role in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Antioxidants found in certain foods, supplements, and other products can be a powerful tool in improving overall health and wellbeing.
