Adolescence
Adolescence is the period of psychological and physical development between childhood and adulthood, usually occurring between the ages of 10 and 20. It is a time of immense growth and change, marked by increased independence, exploration of identity, increased autonomy, and the acquisition of new skills. During adolescence, individuals experience a range of physical, cognitive, and emotional changes, which can lead to physical and mental health issues as well as social challenges. Adolescence is a very important period as it establishes the foundation for adulthood, thus having an impact on future health, learning, and social behavior.
