Tyrosine Kinases

Tyrosine kinases are enzymes that catalyze the transfer of a phosphate group from ATP to tyrosine residues on proteins. They are important for cell regulation, signal transduction, and cell growth and differentiation. They are also associated with a variety of diseases, including cancer. Their study can help us better understand the molecular basis of these diseases and develop targeted drug therapies.
