Liquid Chromatography-mass Spectrometry

Liquid Chromatography-mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) is a powerful analytical technique used to identify and quantify chemical compounds. By combining separation techniques via liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry, LC-MS is able to separate and detect even the smallest traces of proteins, metabolites, or other molecules. The technique is highly sensitive and accurate, allowing scientists and researchers to gain valuable insight into a multitude of biological, environmental, and drug applications. LC-MS has been a vital tool in the development of drugs, clinical diagnostics, environmental analysis, and more.
