Testicular Cancer
Testicular cancer is a malignant tumour that develops in the testicles, the reproductive organs of men. It is the most common cancer in young men, and if detected early, it has a very high survival rate. The most common symptom of testicular cancer is a lump or swelling in the testicles, and other symptoms can include pain or a feeling of heaviness in the scrotum, or a dull ache in the lower abdomen or groin. Testicular cancer can be treated through a combination of chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy. Regular self-checks and early detection are key to catching and treating the disease early on.
