Salivagraphy

Salivagraphy is a minimally invasive technique used to image salivary gland structure and flow velocity. Salivagraphy images are captured using a special probe that is placed within the mouth, allowing the operator to collect data regarding the gland and the flow of saliva over time. This technique can be used to diagnose conditions such as salivary gland disease, salivary gland tumors, and blockages in salivary glands. Salivagraphy is a valuable tool for diagnosing and treating salivary diseases, as it allows for a detailed and non-invasive evaluation of the glands and salivary flow.
