Information Theory

Information Theory is a mathematical field that studies the principles of communication and the efficient storage and transmission of digital data. It is used in various areas, from communication engineering to signal processing and cryptography. Information Theory allows us to quantify the amount of information contained in a signal, compress it effectively and securely, and organize the efficient transmission of digital data. It is also used to optimize data science and machine learning algorithms for better predictions and improved accuracy.
