Migraine Disability

Migraine is a debilitating neurological disorder characterized by recurrent episodes of intense, throbbing headache commonly accompanied by nausea and sensitivity to light and sound. It affects 15% of the global population, making it one of the most common neurological conditions globally. Migraine can be quite disabling, reducing quality of life, negatively affecting productivity and causing difficulty in performing daily activities. Treatments are available to control migraine and to prevent future episodes, including lifestyle changes, medications, and relaxation techniques.
