Chronic Migraines
Chronic migraines (CM) are a debilitating condition that affects millions of people worldwide. CM is characterized by frequent, severe headaches, lasting from 4 to 72 hours and can be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. CM can have a debilitating effect on one’s quality of life, making it difficult or even impossible for people to work, socialize, and perform everyday activities. Treatment of CM is multifaceted and includes both medications and lifestyle changes to reduce the frequency and severity of headaches. The importance of early intervention and accurate diagnosis of CM cannot be overstated, as it can help to manage the condition more effectively and provide patients with relief from their symptoms.
