Autobiography
An autobiography is a narrative or account of a person's life written or told by that person. It is typically written in the first person and covers the life of the author from birth or early childhood to the present day. Autobiographies can provide invaluable insights into the lives of others, enabling readers to develop a greater understanding of the human experience. Autobiographies are also important for preserving family histories, as well as for providing a source for information about an individual's cultural and social heritage. In addition, autobiographies can be used to examine the personal development of an individual throughout their lifetime, including psychological growth and the evolution of personality.
