Testosterone

Testosterone is a hormone produced by the body and is critical for male development and function. It helps regulate bone mass, muscle mass and strength, body fat distribution, red blood cell production, and male fertility. Testosterone is also important for overall health and well-being. Low testosterone levels can lead to a decrease in energy, libido, muscle mass, and bone density, as well as an increase in body fat. Testosterone supplements can be beneficial in increasing and optimizing testosterone levels, and have been linked to improved quality of life, increased muscle strength and lean muscle mass, and improved semen parameters.
