Carnivores

Carnivores are predatory animals who primarily feed on other animals. They play an essential role in maintaining a healthy ecosystem because they control the populations of prey species and regulate nutrient flow in food webs. Carnivores are also valuable to humans, as they can be hunted or kept captive to provide food, fur, and other resources. By understanding carnivore behavior and their interactions with other species, humans are able to better manage the environment and wildlife resources.
