Animal Physiology
Animal physiology is the study of how animals' organs and tissues function and how they interact with their environment. It is an interdisciplinary field that investigates all aspects of animal biology, including anatomy, biochemistry, genetics, evolution, neuroscience, ecology, and physiology. It is important to understand animal physiology because it helps us to understand how animals adapt to the changing environment and how they respond to metabolic challenges. Additionally, animal physiology can be used to inform conservation efforts and increase the success of breeding programs. It is also integral to veterinary medicine, animal health, and the development of new pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements.
