Vocalization
Vocalization is the act of producing vocal sounds. It is used by humans and many animals as a form of communication and expression. As humans, we use vocalization in the form of speech and singing in order to convey our thoughts and feelings. Animals use vocalization for communications such as warning signals, courtship displays, and maintaining territorial boundaries. Different sounds may be used to convey different meanings in different contexts, such as a threat or a warning. Vocalization is an essential part of both human and animal life, and plays a major role in communication.
