Non-Verbal Communication

Non-verbal communication is the process of exchanging information and ideas through gestures, facial expressions, body language, and other non-verbal signals. Non-verbal communication is an important part of communication, as it conveys emotions and intentions in a way that words alone cannot. It can be used to strengthen relationships, resolve conflicts, and build trust. Additionally, non-verbal communication can be used to reinforce verbal communication, aid in the understanding of a spoken message, and can even convey messages where verbal communication is not possible. Non-verbal communication is a vital part of how humans interact and build relationships with each other, and it is essential to effective communication.
