Aims and Scope

International Journal of Limnology purposes to publish experimental and/or mechanical reports in limnological sciences, in the form of Research, Review, Literature review, Conference proceedings, Case reports, Short communication, Thesis, Letter to editor and Editorials. This journal aims to serve as a platform for information dissemination among scientists and practitioners, that stimulates the improvement of limnology. IJLI encourages papers on the ecology of freshwater systems, varying from studies of aquatic organisms, physical and chemical works which relate to the biological environment, to ecological applications and frameworks for water management directives.
