Squids
Squids are invertebrate animals that live in oceanic waters. They have an elongated, cylindrical body, two fins at the sides, and eight arms covered in suckers. Squids are important in global ocean ecosystems and are also an important food source for humans. Squids are rich in nutrients such as selenium, copper, phosphorus, and vitamins A and B12. They are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which can help reduce inflammation and promote cardiovascular health.
