Shrimp
Shrimp are a type of crustacean that are small in size and often used as a food source. They are an important source of protein for many people around the world and can be found in both fresh and salt water environments. Shrimp also provide a source of ecological and economic value by serving as an important part of the aquatic food chain. They can be harvested for human consumption, for use as bait, or for use in aquaculture. The vast majority of shrimp harvested for human consumption are farmed, and aquaculture is one of the fastest growing food production systems in the world.
