Ocean Science

Ocean science is an interdisciplinary field that incorporates knowledge and understanding of the physical, chemical, biological, and geological processes in the ocean, as well as their interactions with the atmosphere and other elements of the Earth. It encompasses a range of topics including oceanography, marine biology, marine chemistry, ocean engineering, and marine geology, among others. Ocean science plays an important role in understanding and managing marine resources, as well as providing insights into the effects of global climate change. It is also essential for forecasting and responding to natural disasters, predicting and managing the impacts of marine pollution, and improving coastal management and conservation.
