Lobsters
Lobsters are a type of large, highly-prized crustacean found in the ocean. They are an important source of food for many cultures and are highly sought after for their sweet, succulent meat. Lobsters are also a critical part of ocean ecosystems, as they are an important food source for other marine creatures, and their burrowing activities help to aerate and mix the ocean sediment layers. Lobsters are also often used in scientific studies, such as to understand the effects of climate change on marine populations, as they have long lifespans and can be studied in situ.
