Earth Science

Earth science is the study of the physical aspects of the Earth, including its atmosphere, oceans, and geological processes. It is an interdisciplinary field that incorporates knowledge from many other sciences such as physics, chemistry, biology and mathematics. Earth science is important because it allows us to understand and appreciate our planet, its natural resources, and the environment that sustains life on it. Earth science provides critical information that can be used for decision-making in many areas such as construction, climate change mitigation, natural resource management and pollution control. Additionally, Earth science helps us understand the history of our planet, its current state and its potential future.
