Cetacea

Cetacea is a order of aquatic mammals that includes whales, dolphins, and porpoises. All cetaceans share similar features, such as a streamlined body, a horizontal tail, and flippers for propulsion. Cetaceans are well known for their intelligence, social behaviour, and playfulness. They are also important animals to humans; they provide us with food, the subject of research, and cultural significance throughout the world. As their populations have been drastically reduced due to human activities, conservation efforts now focus on protecting this species and their habitat.
